Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a straightforward 30-day return window on eligible items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and our QC seal attached.

- Fees: Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is customer’s responsibility

- Exchanges: Based on availability; otherwise we issue a refund or store credit
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unworn and unwashed (try-on is fine)
- Free of deodorant, fragrance, smoke, pet hair, or stains
- All original tags, stickers, accessories, branded packaging, and our QC seal are present and attached
- Returned in the same fold/box protection to preserve garment structure
Note: We document each order with a QC photo set (tags, seams, and print) to ensure a fair and transparent inspection on return.
Non‑returnable items
- Final sale, markdowns, or sample items (clearly labeled on the product page)
- Underwear/socks or hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards
- Items with missing tags, removed QC seal, or signs of wear
- Customized or special-order items
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA and packing guidelines.
- Pack securely. Include all original packaging and protect prints/zips from abrasion.
- Ship using a trackable service and share the tracking link by replying to your RMA email.
Tip: Keep your receipt and tracking until your refund is confirmed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colorway? Request an exchange when you email us. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll hold it for 48 hours after issuing your RMA. If it’s unavailable, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit—your choice.
Refunds
- Once your return is delivered, inspection usually completes within 1–3 business days.
- Approved refunds post to your original payment method in 2–5 business days (bank/issuer dependent).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If an item fails inspection, we’ll send photos and options (return-to-sender or partial credit).
Return shipping & fees
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is not reimbursed unless we made an error or the item arrived defective. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
US buyers: We can generate a discounted label on request and deduct it from your refund. International buyers: Please use a reliable tracked service and declare “return merchandise”.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for confirmed cases.
International returns
- International returns follow the same 30-day window and condition standards.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
- Mark the parcel as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid additional import charges.
Return address
To reduce routing delays, we provide the correct returns hub address for your region in your RMA email. Please do not send a return without an RMA number on the label.
Late or missing refunds
- Check with your bank or card issuer (posting times vary).
- Contact us with your RMA and tracking if 10 business days have passed since approval.
Price adjustments & promos
- We honor one price adjustment if the item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of your order. Excludes limited drops and final sale items.
- Only one promo code may be applied per order and cannot be applied retroactively.
