Most orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local customs authority may request duties, taxes, and brokerage on delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Provide a full name, accurate address, and phone number to avoid delays. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, shipping fees and return charges may be deducted from any refund.
Once your label is created, we email a tracking link. Movement may take up to 24 hours to appear. Tracking also updates in your account if you created one at checkout.
Orders $300+ ship with Signature Required. To waive, contact support before dispatch. If waived, theft after carrier scan is not covered.
We recommend shipping to an attended address or using a carrier access point/locker when available.
Preorder ETAs are listed on the product page and in your confirmation email. We ship immediately once stock lands and passes QC. Mixed carts ship when all items are ready unless you request a split shipment.
We can ship in-stock items first on request. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the services selected.
Need to update your address? Contact us before dispatch. After dispatch, we can attempt a carrier intercept or hold at a pickup point where supported.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days (domestic) or 10 days (international), contact support. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and update you within 2 business days.
Retain all packaging and photograph the parcel and item within 48 hours. Email [email protected] with your order number for a claim review.
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS. Expedited and Overnight services may be limited for these addresses.
Carriers experience higher volumes in November–January. Order early to ensure on-time delivery. We’ll post any carrier blackout dates or extended cut-offs here.
